I was starting to get a belly and having to buy bigger jeans to get over my thighs and arse so I joined Bodysculpt.

This gym goes back to basics, no expensive machines, no super shakes, no magic formula and the rest of the crap you hear floating round.

It's not rocket science what they do, but it works.
